The purpose of FAC is to provide a venue through which Sellers and Buyers can complete transactions. Specifically, FAC does not represent its services as an Agent or Representative of the Buyer or Seller, or claim to have any authority to act in any capacity for either party for any purpose. FAC does, however, reserve the right to edit and screen content and to remove that which is deemed objectionable or unethical. Each of our Independent Exhibitors represents and warrants that the ability to deliver a depicted item at price posted exists, and that the listing is accurate, complete, and is not misleading or otherwise deceptive. Further, Each Exhibitor has posted their "Terms and Conditions" of sale, to include their policy for returns and satisfaction guarantees. By entering this site, you acknowledge and agree that at no time has FolkArtCentral made any representation or warranty regarding any third party's products. Should a dispute arises between one or more participants, this Agreement serves to release FolkArtCentral from any claims, demands, and or damages connected with such disputes. By registering as an Exhibitor you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and all policies and guidelines incorporated by reference.
